You can go out with a random woman and hope she's a feedee (or that she can be converted) but that's a long shot.
I think ff is your best bet. Pony up the extra $ to get a dating profile. If you're too poor or too cheap to pay for a dating profile, you're too poor or too cheap to be a good feeder.
Also, have a good profile that says what you're looking for. Include some good photos. Belly photos are okay but definitely have a couple of photos that include your face and what you look like dressed up and ready to go out.
